Angela Sun is a journalist documentarian, sportscaster and television host. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She earned a diploma in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun has excellent surfing abilities. She participated in various pro-am Surf competitions which led to sponsorship deals with brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. This was an excellent opportunity to launch her career in entertainment. Sun is the only Asian American to appear as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has starred in many films, and earned not only praise but also fame for her acting skills. Sun has worked with films including Goliath 2016 (Hit the Floor, 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway, 2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004 and Shackled. In 2014, Sun came out with Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an full-length documentary on the effects of plastic pollution in the oceans and how it affects the environment which she wrote as well as produced.
